Quivira Vineyards & Winery is the ideal location for your next private event, offering idyllic outdoor natural settings and the gorgeous barrel room as venues. The largest venues accommodate up to 100 guests while the smallest and most intimate venue accommodates up to 20 guests. Passport to Dry Creek Valley

Saturday and Sunday, April 26th and 27th, 2014
11am - 4:30pm each Day

Enjoy a world-class tasting experience with a festive twist, in the idyllic Dry Creek Valley. 50+ wineries provide a unique destination, each offering an exclusive pairing of exquisite wine, gourmet food and great entertainment.

Quivira Vineyards and Winery celebrates Passport by offering guests a firsthand taste of what we do best: Rhone Varietals and Zinfandels served side-by-side with seasonal cuisine. Inspired by our 120- bed biodynamic garden, we bring a bit of Provence to the Dry Creek Valley. While you’re here, leisurely stroll through our artisanal market, sampling goods from local purveyors. Then bask in the beauty of our gardens and vineyards and find out why Quivira stays “true to our roots.”

Celebrate spring in the Quivira Garden! Join us in the afternoon to try the current Queue release wines paired with Bay Laurel Culinary’s famous empanadas. Tour the garden with farm manager, Jim Barausky, to learn about spring plantings and biodynamic farming. Enjoy live music, sunshine, and pick up your will- call shipment and “30 for 30” re-orders.

Lobster Boil

Dine in the vineyard with Quivira winemaker Hugh Chappelle. Watch the chefs roll all of the food onto long tables and then put on your bibs and get crackin’! Listen to live music while eating fresh Maine lobster, shrimp, Andouille sausage and more, all while quenching your thirst with Quivira wine. Don’t forget to take home your souvenir Quivira wine glass!

Menu: lobster, prawns, artichokes, potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, corn, baguette, ice cream sandwiches.

Farm to Table Dinner - Featuring Stark's Steakhouse

$125, $105 for members of Queue

Farm-to-Table Dinners are unique and special occasions when we offer guests an in-depth look at Quivira’s Biodynamic farming practices and winemaking, complete with a multi-course wine and food experience prepared by a local chef using produce from our 1-acre garden. This August 16th dinner will be featuring Stark's Steakhouse. Upon your arrival, you'll pick up a glass of cool white wine and then head off on a personal tour of the estate led by our dynamic team. As the sun goes down, join us to dine al fresco in the garden for an exquisite wine and food pairing, where Winemaker Hugh Chappelle will lead you through a discussion of our unique Dry Creek Valley wines.

Figs & Pigs Festival

Quivira serves up a different way to celebrate harvest. It’s the second annual Figs and Pigs Fest. Head out to the 135 year old Fig Tree by Quivira’s venerable Fig Tree Vineyard for a unique vineyard tour and tasting. Beat the competition at the Grape Stomp. Find out why figs partner so well with bacon (and a lot of other foods for that matter) at the Fig Buffet. Spend some quality time with Quivira’s flock of heirloom breed chickens. Watch wine being made. Or just hang out in the winery’s organic and Biodynamic garden with a glass of Fig Tree Sauvignon Blanc. Live music, great food, family friendly and tons of entertainment!
