Hot Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into a baking dish or pie pan.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until dip is bubbling.
- Serve hot with plenty of crusty crostini.

- Pairs beautifully with Quivira's Sauvignon Blanc.
