Baked Brie with Pear
Serves 8
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Round Brie
- 3 Tablespoons Raspberry Preserves
- 1/2 Cup Pears, diced
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place brie in a baking dish.
- Spread raspberry preserves on top of brie and top with diced pear.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over top.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with crostini, french bread or crackers.

- Pairs beautifully with Quivira's Grenache.
