Search: Home    Shop Quivira    Mailing List    Trade/Media Chocolate Fondue with Syrah INGREDIENTS: 1 cup Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Chips 1/3 cup Heavy Cream 1/4 cup Quivira Syrah 3 Tablespoons Raspberry Syrup Pound cake, angel food cake, or fresh fruit for dipping DIRECTIONS: In a heavy sauce pan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add the Syrah and raspberry syrup and stir until well blended. Transfer to a fondue pot and dip the cake or fruit. Enjoy! WINE PAIRING Quivira's Syrah.
