Bubbly Hot Crab on Crackers
From the kitchen of Holly Wendt, Proprietor
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 7 oz. Fresh crab meat (or 7oz. can crabmeat)
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. Milk
- 2 tsp. Horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 cup Slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients but almonds.
- Sprinkle almonds on top.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve on crackers
