Quivira's Dry Rub
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. Cumin Powder
- 2/3 c. Dark Brown Sugar - packed
- 1 c. Paprika - sweet or hot
- 1/2 c. Chili Powder
- 1/3 c. Salt
- 1/4 c. Coarse Ground Pepper
- 3 Tbs. Ground Red Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Ground Mace
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients well and rub generously onto ribs or chicken, and fire up the grill.
