Pork Chops with Mushroom Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 thick cut Pork Chops
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups fresh mushrooms sliced coarsely
  • 1-pint sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup Red or white wine
DIRECTIONS
  • Brown pork chops in skillet with olive oil.
  • Remove and drain oil.
  • Sauté mushrooms in butter until moisture is released.
  • Add cream, lemon, sour cream, and flour.
  • Bring to a moderate boil, reduce heat, add pork chops and wine and simmer for 45 minutes to an hour turning occasionally.
  • Serve over pasta
