Pumpkin Chili
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 3 cans red kidney beans, drained
- 2 onions-chopped
- 3 cans cut tomatoes, 15 ounce
- 2 tbs. chili powder
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbs. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 bay leaves
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Put ground beef into a large pot and add the other ingredients to the pot. Cook on low for 1-2 hours. Serve with cornbread.
